What is Generations?
It is our experience that the two most common reasons why estate plans do not meet the goals and expectations of clients are:

The plans have not been properly funded (titling of assets), or
-
The plans have not been updated and maintained as assets, families and goals change.
In order to prevent an erosion of confidence that your estate plan will continue to be properly funded and meet your goals and expectations, Foley & Foley has developed an estate planning, updating and maintenance program for clients who have living trust-based estate plans. We call this program Generations. Under this maintenance plan, clients are entitled to receive the services outlined on this page for an annual fee.
